Products purchased from the internet web site www.buyingcentral.com offer the following return and/or cancellation policy. A customer may request to cancel an order, but it will only be honored at the owner’s discretion based upon how far the order has been processed prior to notification. Products will not be shipped until credit card, check or money order is received and cleared.
All of our product lines are high-end products of superior quality. Should there be any problems encountered, please notify us immediately. All products sold are brand new in factory packaging or containers and are never previously used unless stated otherwise. All products are sold under manufacturer warranty. Be sure to fill out and return all product warranty registration cards immediately to insure being able to obtain the manufacturer's warranty. If any damages have occurred to the merchandise in shipping, please contact the shipping carrier immediately to file a claim. This will allow you to be able to be compensated by their shipping insurance policy and regulations. This in-store credit will be applied toward the new purchase, less shipping charges and 15% restocking fee. Products must be unopened, unused, and in original packaging in order to be returned. All returned merchandise must be in good condition with all original packing materials including owner's manual, instructions, warranty registration/survey cards, and all included accessories as originally delivered.
